Valiant Sports & Fitness Website Disclaimer Booking By booking a place for your child or you on any school club or party, session, these are the terms and conditions. Valiant Sports & Fitness provides online & an email booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, and payment has been received fully to Valiant Sports & Fitness. You will be sent a confirmation email of your booking. Bookings are subject to these terms and conditions that are hereby incorporated. Receiving email of acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your booking at Valiant Sports & Fitness/clubs/sessions/events. Before booking, please ensure your child/you can attend the session and meets the conditions stated on the website. It is essential that all booking forms be completed before arrival. All information given is given in confidence. Booking forms must be accurate of information about the child’s/your DOB, medical/behaviour issues. Payment Valiant Sports & Fitness accepts credit/debit card as payment methods. There are no charges for credit/debit cards. We currently take telephone bookings. All bookings must be paid full and there are no refunds for missed sessions.  Confirmation will be sent to Your email after you have made payment and your booking. Please check the dates, location and details. Responsibility of booking details lies with the person who made the booking. Please let us know within 5 days so we can change it for you. Promotions Valiant Sports & Fitness from time to time we may have promotional offers that will make the price cheaper than you paid; in this circumstance upon request, we will honour this new price for your booking. Changing booking – Day or week If you require changing the day or week of your booking, we can change this for you if we have space on the day you request to change to. Cancellations All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mailing to us) within seven calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this seven day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non refundable. Child Protection Valiant Sports & Fitness staff holds current child protection and DBS enhanced certification. Our staff has a duty to respond if they suspect a child may be suffering from or makes a disclosure about abuse, we will act in accordance with our child protection policy. In this event staff will contact the relevant local authority. Photography/video footage Valiant Sports & Fitness may take photographs and video footage for promotions on our social media platforms. To exclude your child or yourself, you must ensure you complete our booking form accordingly by not ticking permission for Valiant Sports & Fitness to use your child’s/your photograph or video recording. Personal property and Liability Valiant Sports & Fitness Website Disclaimer Valiant Sports & Fitness does not accept liability for personal injury or death of any person unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company Valiant Sports & Fitness has Public Liability with cover provided by Hiscox Business Insurance. Valiant Sports & Fitness will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items of personal property brought into sessions. Please ensure that your children/you take no valuables to any sessions. Health and Safety A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at our sessions. Valiant Sports & Fitness staff hold a current emergency aid certificate. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing permission for Valiant Sports & Fitness staff to administer any necessary first aid to your child at the time. It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions. Staff Ratio Valiant Sports & Fitness ratio of staff to children meets statutory requirements. Ratio varies between activities, age group and type of sessions. Behaviour/Exclusions Valiant Sports & Fitness has the right to remove any child for any reason at its absolute discretion. No refund will be made for days missed and no compensation will be made for any other costs or losses incurred as a result. Activities at camps We are very flexible and adaptable, at times we will amend our activities to the meet the needs of the children at camp which is affected by the ages, ability, gender and other specific needs. Valiant Sports & Fitness Website Disclaimer Complaints Valiant Sports & Fitness are committed to ensure that every participant has a great time, and they can’t wait to come back. If you or your child is dissatisfied with the service we provide, then we want to be first to know. If there is a problem while your child is at our camp, we can almost always resolve this. If there is a problem after your child as left a session, we will take care to investigate the issue. Please talk to our head coach if you have any complaints. If the problem is not resolved, please contact our central team at valiantsports@hotmail.com and we will report back within 7 days of the incident. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will assure to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
